Institutional Philosophy

JRH recognizes the importance of giving hope to PWD and their care givers through collaboration and partnerships as well as values and how they shape the work it does. The institutional philosophy and culture, therefore, value continuous learning that should always enable JRH to understand how its collective actions and inaction affect the well-being of those it serves and the wider community that it is part of.
